The Lighter Side of Medium

This coffee from Papua New Guinea is very smooth and makes a fantastic Americano. It is a "lighter" medium for my taste, but still very flavorful. An excellent cup of coffee when looking for a pick-me-up, but are not looking for a strong dark roast.

The flavor is very consistent from the first sip to the end with barely a note of bitterness - true to the above description. I drink my coffee black so I enjoy this coffee straight from my machine, but I can see this taking on a very sweet coffee profile with a little sugar.
